Product design

The ARDIS optimization is a fully modular product concept. There are about 6 optimization models and over 80 different modules. Any smaller version can be upgraded to a higher level product. At any moment a version can be extended or customized by an extra module.

An optimization can be material yield based, material cost based, cutting cost based or the combination of material value and cutting cost.

ARDIS integrates this further and may optimize for the best sheet size (even define new ones automatically) and best machine(s) to cut a job. If a customer has different cutting machines, ARDIS will look for the best machine to use the same sheet.
